We are an innovative company committed to offering our customers versatile, delicious, authentic and fresh products that can be easily enjoyed at home. Our clients include caterers, restaurants and cafes. You can also buy our products from many Coles, Woolworths or IGA store in the specialty foods aisle.
Our entire range is handmade in the traditional way to maintain authenticity, quality in texture and most importantly taste. And that's what our customers rave about– our breads just taste delicious – that's why we call it handmade, yummy bread!
Along with our flat bread range, the Supreme Quality Foods brand of Dumpling Wrappers and Pork Crackling snacks are big favourites. Our Pork Cracklings are the 'real deal' – made from 100% pork with no artificial ingredients. Our Dumpling Wrappers are smooth & easy to use – as seen on Masterchef in Season 3, 2011 when they were used to make ravioli.
Our dynamic team consists of specialist bakers who undergo months of training to produce consistently high quality handmade products. We believe that fresh is best! That's why we only hire the best people to make the best products, and we use quality ingredients and traditional recipes to produce delicious flatbreads, dumpling wrappers and pork cracklings.
Supreme Quality Foods has HACCP Certification and believes in continually improving manufacturing processes and the quality of ingredients used. All of our products are made daily to ensure freshness, and we only purchase from approved HACCP suppliers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and taste.
Our original bakery was founded in Dandenong in 1994. In 2005 we moved to our current premises in Keysborough, Victoria. The company is registered as Supreme Bakery Pty Ltd, trading as Supreme Quality Foods (SQF) from 2005.
